• Free Standard Shipping 3-7 Business Days for all hair items
• Free Standard Shipping 8-15 Business Days for all accessories & haircare items

• Our processing time for orders is 2-8 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During this period, your order undergoes creation, packing, and preparation for shipment. Please note that orders with 1B hair coloring generally process faster than those requiring custom coloring incorporation.
  

• After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

• All sales are final, and returns are not accepted.

• In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.

• Please note that BB Collections cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged products once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you encounter such an issue, kindly contact the shipping provider for assistance.
