DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Free Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days) for all hair items within the USA. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its progress every step of the way.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping times for international orders may range from 7-14 business days, depending on your destination and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its progress every step of the way.

PROCESSING TIME

Our processing time is typically 2-8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders with standard colors like 1B or other simple shades will be processed and shipped faster. However, custom coloring or additional styling (e.g., ombré, highlights, or unique shades) may take extra time due to the additional work involved in creating your personalized look.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is submitted and processing begins, it cannot be canceled. If you have any questions about cancellations, please contact us immediately.

RETURNS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

DELAYED ORDERS

Shipping provider delays are not the responsibility of BB Collections Hair. If your order is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly for updates.

DAMAGED ORDERS
